'Hey Familia, welcome back and congrats on making it to day 18! Confession, I wasn\'t very well yesterday and so filming this wasn\'t overly easy. I had to take it very easy and do a slightly shorter workout- that\'s not to say that this workout is easy! Not at all, but it is a little shorter.
